Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at riley@anorthodoxworkshop.com or (864) 309-9725. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 36 Brookhaven Way, Simpsonville SC 29681. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Casket Refunds

If we have not shipped your item and you would like a refund, a restocking fee of $150 will be withheld from your refund. If we have shipped your item and you would like a refund, we will withhold a $150 restocking fee from your refund and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the shipping cost. You will receive your refund when we receive the product in good condition.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
